Chinese Style Floor Lamp

Vintage floor lamp with a carved wooden Chinese statue representing Shou Lao, the god of longevity. He is depicted with a high forehead, long beard and gnarled staff supporting the lamp. At the base is carved a child and a deer, symbols of luck and prosperity. The fringed cream textile shade casts a warm light, and the piece becomes a spectacular, oriental accent for the living room, office or hall.
